PTA President talks event planning and school support
On Thursday, April 17, the Springtown Elementary School Parent Teacher Association held its annual Pine-a-Palooza event from 6-8 p.m. at the SES parking lot. The event included a petting zoo, a giant bubble machine, a train ride and many more activities.
SES PTA President Kelli Apple starts planning the event in January since most vendors require scheduling months in advance. The purpose of the event is to say “thank you” for supporting SES PTA all school year. Apple has a desire to give all families a fun and free event for families to enjoy.
