Local man reads chapters from the Bible on Springtown Square

Shawn Swink, a Springtown man, is bringing revival to the Tabernacle. Seven weeks ago, Swink felt the Lord tell him he needed to start reading four chapters of the Bible in the Tabernacle on the historic Springtown Square.

“The Lord laid it on my heart,” Swink said. “We had a speaker come (to his church) and he talked about community reading and how there should be more of that in the community. So, God laid it on my heart and I’m going to be obedient to him.”
