The Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 14th annual sporting clay shoot Friday, May 9. Sponsored by Colt Midstream, the event will be held at Fossil Point Sporting Grounds at 7282 N. Farm-to-Market Road 51 in Decatur.
Registration starts at 10 a.m. and the shoot starts at 11 a.m. The registration fee for a team of five is $500 or $100 per person. The fee includes ear plugs, 100 clays per shooter and lunch. Sponsorship slots are still available starting at $100 to be a raffle sponsor, $250 to be a shooting station sponsor, $500 to be a clay sponsor, $1,000 to be a range sponsor and $2,500 to be an event sponsor.
